Blog number 2 my hobbies
Since i was a young boy i was always an interacting curious kid. When someone was messing around i would budge in and find out what the dealleo was. I remember lots of stories from my childhood days about playing games playing sports doing puzzles all those things. When i grew older not much changed i still loved all those things.
I remember the first game i ever got was a Mario game on a old-school game boy, it was the best thing that ever happened to me. It was not that well with technology so you had to sit under a light to see the screen. I don't care what you say about older games as long as it isn't anything negative because old school is always better.
When i got Mario is was barely a challenge to beat it i was a born natural at video games. Once i beat it i went on to get other games, but it wasn't until a friend told me about Pokemon that i truly fell in love with games i still to this day will whip the old game-boy out and play some Pokemon. My first one was ruby then i got sapphire, emerald. I starting collecting them all! no pun intended i got gold and silver but lost them somehow. Biggest dreaded memory of my childhood.
When i got older i got a GameCube and then i started going up the ranks on consoles. From GameCube it went to Snes, Nintendo DS, then PlayStation 2 then Wii after that I recently invested into a PS3 (about 2 years ago) and like 4-5 months ago a Xbox 360. I would have to say that the GameCube and ps3 are my favorites.
I didn't always play video game i also played board games. I remember the time i was about 10-12 years old and i would play jenga. This was no ordinary game of jenga though, it was high stakes baby. I mean take it or leave it me and my friends would gamble hard at this game. We didn't use such pointless things as money to gamble something better. We used gum. My friends and i would all try to collect as much gum and bring it to Church Sunday then when we had any free time we would go upstairs where no one usually went and play a game of jenga winner gets all.
Aside from fun electronic and cardboard games i like playing sports, getting outside and playing a sport or a game on a nice warm day is a nice feeling. I like almost every sport i will hit a tennis ball around, i will most definitely kick a soccer ball around. You will never catch me playing football, baseball, or basketball though. My opinion is that people oversell them and they actually are very boring. Same with basketball, everyone knows march madness well what it really is, is people just pretending they like the sport they chose a team and google the players names and make up sentences.
